After his high-spirited ‘joke’ turned into an ugly brawl in a suburban nightclub in January this year, Shirish Kunder’s nocturnal trysts have been curtailed by wife Farah Khan.
 
The filmmaker who picked up a fight with Shah Rukh Khan at Sanjay Dutt’s party is now a changed man. If sources are to be believed, Kunder has even given up alcohol at his wife’s bidding.

Kunder’s friend confirmed the news and added, “Farah made him realise that this could be affecting his career and image as a filmmaker. This happened a few days after she patched up with her friend Shah Rukh.

And so far, Shirish has not touched a drop of alcohol. He has stayed away from all social functions unless it’s a family event.”

Interestingly, in spite of being invited for Karan Johar’s 40th birthday celebrations in May, Kunder chose to stay away.

Repeated attempts to contact Shirish failed to evoke a response.
