The crew of Yash Chopra’s untitled next starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif headed to Ladakh yesterday for an eight-day schedule. Sources say that SRK is expected to reach by Sunday.

Mirror has learnt that Chopra also intends to shoot in the picturesque Pahalgam region for three days. Keeping in mind the valley’s tense undercurrent and SRK’s popularity, extra security cover has been deployed for the unit — one from Jammu and Kashmir Police and the other provided by the CRPF.

Though Kashmir has been stripped of cinema halls for a while now, People are waiting eagerly for a glimpse of SRK who shot in Ladakh for Dil Se in 1998. It also marks Yash Chopra’s return to the valley he immortalised in the 1976 blockbuster Kabhi Kabhie.
