CBI seeks narco tests of job scam accused

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday filed a plea before the special court judge D R Mahajan seeking permission to conduct narco analysis, polygraph and brain mapping tests on Colonels Kulbir Singh and Anil Kumar Singh and establishment officer S S Waghmare in the NDA recruitment scam.

CBI Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajpal Singh moved the court after it failed to confiscate Rs 74.50 lakh allegedly received in bribe by the suspects.

The CBI has also sought court’s permission to question four other accused who are out on bail. Besides, it has also requested the court to permit it to conduct polygraph tests on civilians Balkrishna Kanojia, Vishnu Sharma, Ramesh Gaikwad, Dattatraya Shitkal and Manoj Shitkal.
