The world’s first tram sauna has been unveiled in Milan. Created by public transport designers QC Termemilano, and comes with  wooden insides, a bit hotter, and a bit stuffier than the original tram sauna in northern Italy, reports metro.co.uk.

It comes complete with hot coals and benches as well as the tram’s trademark pitched roof and open window views of its surroundings. The designers claim the idea is to show commuters that public transport needn’t always be stressful. The Carelli tram sits in the middle of a spa complex on a real track, all of its own.

 


  Mostly ghostly  

They supposedly have pots of gold at the end of them but this rainbow seems to have something far more sinister — a ghost. Amateur photographer Mikhail Baevsky was stunned to see this human-like image on his photographs of the Chatyr-Dag mountains in Ukraine, reports metro.co.uk.

Baevsky says the sight was probably caused by weather but has not ruled out a supernatural explanation. “I was scanning the horizon when I noticed the dark, ghostly figure behind me,” he said. The pictures were taken at 1,525m, the highest point of mountain range.

  Apeing it!  

A gorilla has become an internet sensation — by aping humans and walking upright, reports thesun.co.uk. An 18-second clip shows male Western lowland gorilla Ambam strolling through his enclosure on just his hind legs.

Staff at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Kent, said 21-year-old Ambam uses the skill to gain a height advantage and look over a wall to see if keepers are coming with food. Keeper Phil Ridges said, “He’s quite a celebrity at the park.
