I am a complete foodie. For me, comfort food depends on the time of the day. I am not a fussy eater and enjoy almost everything though I can't cook to save my life. As my work schedule is hectic, I prefer to have light and healthy meals for my dinner. I choose from tandoori chicken or grilled fish.

I avoid oily or unhealthy snacking in between meals. Also, my diet never includes fattening or heavy meals. Soups and salads are an alltime favourite. They fit in my healthy diet perfectly. Salads are more of comfort food for me. Chaat is one thing I can’t resist even when on a strict diet.

The spicy and chatpata flavours of the chaat make my day. My wife Priya is a good cook and loves experimenting. I enjoy what she makes and look forward to new dishes everyday. Before we got married, she prepared this delectable phodnicha bhaat. She knows my likes and dislikes and tries to make things accordingly. The potato subji she makes is also to die for. 

As a child, my mother organised cooking classes for women in our colony. So, we would have this teacher come and teach at our place. Everyday we had a new dish to hog on. The ladies were enthusiastic and I was the lucky one who would get to taste a new speciality. 

I am not too fond of restaurants and avoid eating out. But I enjoy the fish at Masemari as they have a wide variety of options. The soups and salads at Aromas are also a good option. Like I said, I prefer light dinners, so this place serves the purpose. You can just sit down, have a chat and enjoy the view of FC road from there.
