I am a 38-year-old married woman. I have stopped getting my period. I think I am going through menopause. Please suggest a medicine which can increase my libido. All my other friends have very high sex drives and they make love frequently with their husbands. My low libido is taking a toll on my married life. I feel like having ganja or afeem to come out of this depression.

You must see a gynecologist to know why your periods have stopped. Also discuss your low sexual desire with the gynecologist. Later, have a frank chat with your husband and seek his help for you to improve your sex lives. Both of you could consult a sexpert.

My fiancé is 27 years old. We’ll be getting married in another two months. He is suffering from hair loss and planning to take homeopathic treatment. But he’s scared that these tablets have DHT inhibitors, which may reduce his libido. Is this true? He also gets excited very easily and has confessed that whenever we have kissed, he has ejaculated in his pants. He tells me that his erections are not very strong. I was happy that he shared his problem with me, but I’m nervous that our sex life may get affected. Please advise.

I strongly suggest that you direct him to a sexpert for advice on his premature ejaculation. If he is worried about the medicines he is taking, ask him not to take them and opt for being bald instead.
