I want to have sex with my boyfriend, but I am scared to ask him about it. Even he wants to, but he never talks about it. While chatting through SMS, we talk about having sex and also when we are together. Please suggest what we need to do.

I suggest both have a serious talk. You should consider the consequences after five years. In the meanwhile, both can practise dry sex that is all, with clothes on and no intercourse.

I am a 20-year-old man. I had anal sex with my girlfriend yesterday. I ejaculated inside her anus but when I withdrew, a bit of semen oozed out. I wiped it off immediately. It was the first day of her period. Can she get pregnant?

You cannot get pregnant through anal sex, but if you do not use a condom, you could develop a serious infection.

I am a 66-year-old senior citizen. I have developed red patches on my penis. So far, it has been negligible. But of late, I find it persists despite daily cleaning. Please help.

Have you checked for diabetes? Or are you allergic to soap or other items? Please ask your doctor the reason. In the meanwhile, apply Betnovate GM cream for a week.

I am 33 years old and have been married for five years. After we had our first child two years ago, we opted for the Copper-T. However since then, my wife has been emitting a white discharge in huge quantities and there is a foul odour when we have sex. We do not want a second child and my wife doesn't want to go on the pill. Please suggest other alternatives.

Obviously you have not followed up the operation for the Copper T with regular periodic examinations. A cervical infection has occurred. Please have it treated by a gynecologist urgently. Wear a condom until matters improve. Also, ensure you always wash up before sex.
