1I am a 24-year-old man, engaged to a 21-yearold woman. Unfortunately, in an intimate moment, I touched her genitals and rubbed her clitoris with my penis. But I didn’t ejaculate or enter her vagina. She had her last period from May 20 to 25. But she is worried about getting pregnant as she thinks I might have ejaculated unknowingly. Are there chances of pregnancy, and if yes, what should be done to avoid it? Should we opt for abortion or will a contraceptive pill help? If we use a pill, what are the side effects? We haven’t found any symptoms of early pregnancy yet.

Purchase a urine pregnancy kit from chemist and check for pregnancy. But going by what you have described, it it is unlikely. Should it be positive, then see a gynaecologist for medical termination if so desired.

I am 25 years old and my wife is 23. a) She only gets an orgasm through oral sex, but intercourse does not give her any pleasure. b) She feels ticklish if I touch her and then I have to wait for five-ten minutes to indulge in intercourse. c) While having sex, she only prefers the man on top position, for she says she experiences a
pain in her lower abs if we assume any other position. Please advise.

Convince her for other positions like woman on top or approach her from the rear.

I am a 28-year-old married man. We have a four-month-old baby and I would like to know if I could undergo some kind of an operation which will prevent my wife from getting pregnant even withou a condom. We don’t like to have sex using a condom. If it’s possible, please suggest a good hospital.

Vasectomy is a permanent procedure which a skilled surgeon can rarely reverse. Only after your family is complete should you consider it. I suggest you both see a gynaecologist and have a copper-T intrauterine device fixed on her.
