You must have pressed the penis too hard. In fact you should stop the urine flow without having to press it in the first place. Stop the exercise for a few days. Drink plenty of fluids.

If the condom was intact and contained your spermatic fluid after intercourse there is no possibility of a conception. Since your wife is feeding the baby, it is safe to avoid a conception for six months. Her periods may start soon. Please get some new condoms.
