I have been married for four months now. My spouse and I share a good chemistry and our sex life has been good. We generally have a good foreplay session lasting up to an hour or so during which I help her get an orgasm. However, I am unable to give her an orgasm through intercourse since I come pretty early in about two minutes. I have used some long-last condoms which didn’t help much. I read about some medications suggested by you — Neo or Himalaya. Could you let me know which of this I could try? Are there any side-effects? My partner is not in town. Could I use the medications now to see the results later?

Practise the Kegel exercise daily (visit Google to learn it). For six weeks, take NEO tablets (Charak) — one tablet three times a day. Buy a Climax spray and use it when required. If there’s no improvement, see a sexologist.

My girlfriend and I had sex yesterday but did not indulge in intercourse. I touched my penis and then her vagina but I didn’t ejaculate. Will she get pregnant?

Unlikely, but there’s a remote chance as a stray sperm can start a conception. Always use a condom.

I am 21 years old. Could you tell me why I’m discharging sperms when I’m asleep? Could this be harmful to my health?

This is a natural act by the body to get rid of excess sperms. It is termed as nightfall or nocturnal emission. To learn more, do visit Google.

My penis length when erect is five inches. Am I normal?

A three-inch or six-inch long penis is just as normal as yours. You should be proud of your organ.

I am a 21-year-old man. I get very excited with the thought of having sex with my fiancée. But she wants to have sex only after we get married. I am unable to control myself. My penis burns and pains a lot, so I masturbate. Please help.

She is right. Wait until you are married. Meanwhile, there is plenty of foreplay you can do together. Also, continue masturbating to relieve tension.
