Often a woman experiences such a problem after delivery. Please ask her to consult her
gynaecologist. Be patient, she will improve in a few months.

Is it possible to get pregnant if both, the guy and the girl had their underwear on and if the guy did not ejaculate, while dry humping?

Very unlikely if the partner and you had a barrier of clothing. I know you indulged in dry humping but in the future, do not rub your penis over the vagina even if covered.

I am a 33-year-old man. Of late there has been a considerable loss in my libido. Besides, I have erection issues and suffer from premature ejaculation. What could have caused this sudden change in my sexual behaviour?

You should visit your doctor who will probably recommend several tests including ruling out diabetes, thyroid and testosterone deficiency and prolactin.
