I am 24 and have been masturbating for three years, but I have been having nightfalls for a year now. The nightfall happens every 10 to 15 days. Because of this, I feel very weak. What should I do?

There’s no particular reason why you should feel weak because of nightfalls.

I am 25. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. The length of my penis is five inches during erection. I want to know if this size is normal. If not, then please suggest some ways to increase the length of my penis.

There is no connection between your height and the length of your penis. The length of your penis is satisfactory; rather you learn the art of making a woman happy.

I am 44 and my friend is 34. We have been indulging in foreplay with mutual understanding since the last three years. A Few days ago she allowed me to insert my finger in her vagina. She enjoyed it thoroughly, but towards evening, she started having stomach pain. What could be the reason of this pain?

Possibly the stomach pain could have been triggered as a reflex from contractions of the vagina and muscles when she got an orgasm. Keep your condoms ready if she may want to go further.

I am 41 years old. Over the past one year, I have lost the feeling experienced during orgasm. I read on the Internet that it is termed ‘Ejaculatory Anhedonia’. I visited a urologist six months ago and he suggested tests for CBC, Prolactin, FSH, Testosterone, BSF+BSPP, all of which I cleared. He said there was nothing clinically wrong with me and that the problem could be stress related, and possible to cure in due course. He didn’t prescribe any medication. The problem has persisted. Please help me.

Your case needs to be looked at after noting a detailed history and conducting further tests. Please consult an andrologist for asecond opinion.
