I am a 26-year-old man. I had a girlfriend, but we never had sex. We tried foreplay a couple of times, but she wasn’t very comfortable with it so I didn’t force her. Both our parents were against our marriage as we belong to different castes, so we mutually decided to break up. She is happily married now. But I am not. I was never a porn addict, but ever since she left my life, I started watching porn clips and masturbate frequently. I masturbate two times a day and generally take a break on Sunday. Is this harmful? Please help me, as I am very down.
Any habit is bound to lead to side-effects in time. You may lose interest in it or get weaker erections. I suggest you masturbate once only when you are sexually aroused.
I am a 20-year-old guy. My friends tell me masturbation has side-effects on body building, i.e. the muscle growth gets stunted and so on. Is this true? Please guide me in this regard.
For the zillionth time, masturbation, if done for the purpose that it is meant for, does not affect any part of the body or systems.
I’m a 21-year-old guy. I have noticed that when I masturbate, my sperm is slightly reddish in colour. But this does not happen often. What could it be? Is there anything to worry about?
To find out, visit your doctor. He will probably ask you to collect a masturbation sample which could help solve your dilemma.
Please recommend a female sexpert in Pune, as I need to talk to one. It is rather urgent.
Please ring Dr (Mrs) Shanta Sathe on 25676442. She can help you.
Would masturbating continuously for half an hour cause ulcers on the penile shaft inside the foreskin? What is your advice?
Try rubbing your nose in the same way and check whether it meets the same results.
