The pump is not meant for you and there is also no medicine to enlarge your penis. If your pleasure stops at attraction and you are interested in women otherwise, you are not gay. But it all depends on what orientation you wish to have.

Why haven’t you consulted your family physician? The thickness or thinness of the semen is of no consequence and your bowel disturbance has got nothing to do with masturbation.

Please show it to a surgeon. It is best you undergo a circumcision, which is a simple, safe operation. You will then be able to enjoy sex without any pain.

My girlfriend is 17 and has a normal menstrual cycle. Her height is 4 feet 12 inches. She says she will not grow any taller as she is old now. But I don’t think this makes sense.
