One of my friends told me that it is not good to answer the call of nature after masturbation because this damages the testicles. I do it because I want to remove all sticky stuff during excretion. Please advise.

Continue directing your urine where it should go when you want to. I don’t know whether this will help you to remove the sticky thing because there is none.

I am a 24-year-old male. How do I control my masturbation addiction? Since I am home most of the time, I get ample opportunity to pleasure myself. Please guide me so I can control myself.

Only masturbate when you are truly sexually excited — then no harm is done. There is no need to take any medicines.

I am 25 and my girlfriend is 24. We are planning to get married within a year. We have been having sex since the last two years with a gap of 45 to 60 days. We don’t like to use a condom, but after having sex, she takes Ipill within 24 hours. Is this a safe practice?

Since the interval of meeting is far between your aversion against a condom (which would be the best) she can take an Ipill. It is effective, but fails at times.

How is sperm donation perceived in the country? Is it accepted by the society?

It is accepted as a last resort and that too reluctantly.

I am 28 years old. My wife delivered our baby five months ago. Two months after the delivery, we had unprotected sex 12 times. But she has not got her period as yet. The pregnancy test was negative. So why is she not getting her period?

If your wife is feeding the baby regularly she will not get her period for the next six months. During this period she is unlikely to conceive.

Is it okay to have sex, using a condom, during my period ?

It is fine even if your partner does not wear a condom, as pregnancy is unlikely to occur.
