I am a 25-year-old man and will be getting married in a year. I masturbate four to five times a week. How should I increase my sperm count?

Masturbate only when you are sexually aroused and not as a habit. After marriage if no conception occurs, then you can test your sperm count. There is no need to increase the count nor can it be easily increased.

I have always been attracted to MILFs. I prefer watching porn clips of these women over teenage girls. Even today, given a choice, I would like to have a physical relationship with a MILF rather than a girl of my age. I would also like to meet such a person. Is there anything wrong with me? Please help me clear my doubts as I am very worried.

I an not familiar with the term used. You should see a psychiatrist to help you to get your thinking straight. Stop watching those videos and while masturbating fantasise a girl.

I am a 20-year-old virgin. Neither do I get an erection in the morning nor am I able to masturbate during the day. What do you think is the problem? Is there a solution? Have I turned impotent? I am really worried.

Stop getting into a panic and visit a sexpert or your family doctor. There must be a cause and that needs to be found out and treated. At times, for a short period such things happen but reverts to normal soon.

I am 20 and whenever I get sexually excited I start masturbating. This habit
distracts me from studying. Is this a problem?

No harm. After a satisfying masturbation get back to work. Perhaps you will be able to do better.

I recently got married. My wife and I do not want kids so soon.  Can we have sex without  using a condom? Will she get pregnant, if I ejaculate on her clitoris?

Ejaculating anywhere near the vagina can cause a pregnancy. Suggest both visit a gynaecologist who can advise her the pill after examination.
