- I read your articles regularly and am very impressed with your writings and suggestions. I am a assistant professor and am one of the sufferers. So, tell me how sexual capacity is increased.
What do you actually mean? Is it that you finish quickly (premature ejaculation) or is your desire low? Please clarify with details or see a sexpert to advise you.
- I am a 20-year-old guy. I am a virgin. In my sleep, my penis automatically gets charged without any sexual thoughts or dreams. Why does it happen? Is it normal ? If not, will it be a problem in future?
No problem! Your body is doing its duty. The brain centre in deep sleep sends stimuli to the penis so that blood fills and an erection occurs.
- I had protected sex with a sex worker but during ejaculation, she took my condom off. What are the chances of infection? Does the HIV virus remain active in open air?
If she took it off after the event, then there is nothing to panic. If she did it during the intercourse, visit an ICTC Centre at any major hospital such as KEM.
- I am a 25-year-old unmarried woman. I have heard that women masturbate by inserting their finger in the vagina. However, my technique of masturbation is unique. I don’t like to use my finger as it irritates me. To masturbate, I shut my eyes; imagine someone making love to me, and ‘stop and start’ the urine flow. All this while, I sit on my heels. After few minutes, I achieve orgasm as I urinate. Is this method okay? I tried having intercourse with many men but couldn’t succeed as I experience pain when they try to enter me. Please help.
It’s the pressure on the clitoris that’s giving you the orgasm. Stop the ‘urine method’ and just stroke the vagina. For pain relief, apply a small amount of Xylocaine gel 2% in and around the vaginal opening. Keep it for 20 minutes and wipe off. The relief will last for at least an hour.
- I am a 25-year-old man and I have two queries: a) I get sexually excited very often and get erections regularly. However, when I masturbate, I ejaculate very little semen. Is that normal? b) When my penis is erect it tilts towards the left and my foreskin does not slide back. How can I fix the problem?
a) The amount of sperm you pass will be adequate to fertilise the entire town so stop worrying about quantity. b) You should see your doctor who may advice a circumcision.
- I have heard that masturbation produces heat in our body. Is that true? I have many pimples on my face and I wish to get rid of them. Are they caused as a result of the heat produced in the body?
The body temperature does rise and so does the blood pressure and pulse rate, but this causes no harm. Certainly masturbation is not responsible for your pimples. Get advice from your doctor.
- I am 28 years old. A few days ago, I lost my virginity to my girlfriend. After intercourse, I noticed that I had a cut on the tip of my penis and it was bleeding. I applied soframycin cream on it. Now, I am unable to wear undergarments or walk or sleep properly.
Possibly you have a tight foreskin. During intercourse, it must have been pulled back and the attachment at the base of the head (on the lower part) was lacerated. If it does not heal, consult a doctor.
- I am 24 years old. I have two problems. 1) Few years ago, I experienced itching in my pubic area due to which the skin has turned dark. How do I get rid of these black spots? Are creams such as Itch-guard safe? 2) I have a fetish for feet. I enjoy videos that involve licking feet and shoes. Am I normal?
1) You have an infection which needs diagnosis and treatment. Consult your doctor. Do not self-medicate. 2) By yourself, an occasional fantasy does not harm. But who can tell whether your wife will accept it or find it kinky?
