• My partner was diagnosed for Herpes. It's a type-2 virus. The infection is in her lower back region. Few days ago, we kissed and had oral sex. We took precaution to cover the infection with cotton and bandages. She has been regular with her medication. She didn't remove her clothes during the act. Can the virus be transferred via the saliva? We chose not to have sex despite having condoms. Will it affect our child when my partner conceives? She does not have genital herpes.
  You have taken adequate precautions. I suggest you wait till the herpes subsides. There is no reason for genital herpes to occur.
  
• I am a 24-year-old man. I had indulged in foreplay with a prostitute for the first time. During foreplay, she performed oral sex & kissing on me. There was no intercourse. Are there any chances of me getting HIV?
  Very remote. Why take even a minor risks?
  
• I am a well-educated man with an MBA degree. I am married and have a seven-year-old kid. My wife doesn't agree on having intercourse without a condom. I prefer it without protection. However, we don't want another child at this point of time. What do we do? Also, my wife's breasts are small. When I see other well-endowed women, my mind involuntarily gets distracted and I start fantasising about them. Why is it so? I am unhappy with my wife's breasts.
  An educated MBA not liking his life partner because of her size of breasts is bewildering. Nobody stops you from fantasising. However, continue having good sexual relations with your wife. Talk to her about alternate contraceptive methods. You both should visit a gynaecologist. For the sake of your family's happiness, please reconsider your stand regarding your wife's breasts.
• We are trying to have a child for the last six months. But, my sperm count is low. Medications haven’t helped. What do we do?
  Try Reguspermin capsule, one capsule twice a day on empty stomach (preferably with milk) for three months. Do not wear tight underwear. Dip testicles in ice-cold water for ten minutes every day.
