A dictionary cannot decide who is father and who is not. A father alone can understand the sentiments he has towards his daugther. Let Mr. Kumble take care of his own kids born out his wedlock rather than poking his nose into somebody's iss ue.

The statement made by Anil Kumble amounts to "Contempt of Court", since the Family Court has strictly and EXPLICITLY passed an order, that the Biological Father Kumar Jahgirdar is the SOLE Natural Guardian to act in the "Best Interest of the Child". The signature affixed by Anil Kumble in Annexure H (which is to be signed by the Biological Father)amounts to Criminal misrepresentation, since there was no delegation of authority by either a Court order or the Biological father. Anil Kumble is therfore liable to be punished under IPC Sections 463, 469. By his irresponsible actions, Anil Kumble is casting aspersions on a "Responsible Father" and tarnishing his reputation. May Justice be done!

We always prefer to believe what we prefer to be true and we seldom realize this mistake - this is the main problem and the root cause of all the problems. Unless we come out of this mindset, we cannot make good and useful rules. Let us think 1000 times before making rules for the public since implementation and withdrawal of rules is cumbersome and debate-p rone.
